Paraphrasing a Q&A document regarding business law

I have a document of approximately 13 pages in the form of questions and answers regarding different aspects of business law.

I have not included the questions due to their length but require the answers which are in the document paraphrased. It would be ideal to have them rewritten by someone with good language and comprehension skills. The matter is a little technical and someone with a legal background would be useful.

I would appreciate it if the paragraphs were all reduced to not more than 6-7 lines each while retaining the main points.

This is time critical and I would appreciate a quick turnaround. I have another project of approximately the same length as well if this works out well.
