First: Groups to create private clubs. Each with members log in, one item sales point for Investment club shares. Private chat room per group (club). Members voting, and members photo submission. All in the form of an online database Microsoft ACCESS and a Admin per group. Multiple groups (clubs) can be formed.
Second: Each member has a personal page with there club information.
The foundation of tis design will be the database. Plus, a main site Admin control.

Think of the format similar to a dating site...
With user created Groups.
The information on the persons profile will be focused on their involvement in various groups
