I have a functional Website that host my personal football (AMERICAN) pool which i run with my friends.? I run a pool where user log into the site and make football picks against the spread and the results are totaled.
The database and programing is done and working fine (PHP/MYSQL) The website is working fine as it stands however I'd like to make the website look more professional and trick it out some. I'd like to? change the layout of the site, add some graphics, add additional data elements (using php to pull and organize data from the database).? I'd also be interested in adding a few new features to the site. Basically I'm looking for a creative? html person with good css skills to layout the different componets of my site in a more attractive manner.

A page where people make their selections
A page where you can view other players selections after? a game has started.
A standings page.
A admin? that has the teams database, schedule database, user database.?
