Php and JavaScript Expert Needed

I have a designer working on our site which is an appointment reminder website. We need a coder to implement the calendar similar to what you see here: <[url removed, login to view]> click on, "DEMO" and it will bring you to the calendar.

You won't have to implement the voice and text features there will be another coder handling that, unless you have experience with Twilio then you can work on that as well. You will have to implement the e-mail reminder.

I'm considering to have the calendar coded in ajax, let me know your thoughts if you think this is a good idea and if you can code in ajax.

Also you will have to setup the billing, I have a merchant account with [url removed, login to view] please confirm if you can do this as well.
