Having an issue with my CRELoaded platform...

Yesterday it worked and today it doesn't. Since yesterday, a programmer of mine updated my SSL certificate from the standard godaddy certificate to the enhanced verification certificate. After the change, my admin page didn't recognize my password. I then proceeded to reset my password, but my password never reached my email account (3-4 times). After a few tries, my email address no longer appears to valid either.

I need someone to get me access to my CREloaded platform so I can adjust my products and see my current orders.
