Stopwatch timer JavaScript jquery

Hello.
I need stopwatch/timer counter coded in javascript or jquery.
The main thing is that the timer will be shown when one of the proper option from drop down will be chose.
1. Ready - default option; when set on ready timer should hide and only drop down with statuses should be visible.
2. Lunch/coffee - two other options - when set timer should start counting from 00:00, if 10minutes passed, background of the timer should change for orange.
3. Break, break1, break2 (basically I have a lot of those statuses) - when user set this status timer should reset and hide (not visible for user).
Basically timer is needed for the user to check how many minutes is left on his coffeebrak, lunch or other time code where timer is mandatory.
The other thing is about refreshing - cookies and sessionStorage - so after refreshing on the break status, time must continue so for example when user set status for the break and then after 5 minutes refresh the page, timer must continue counting from 5, not from the beginning.
