Willing to work in Charlottesville Va office and or remotely near Charlottesville, competitive Salary/Pay, will share project details after interview.
We are looking for a talented, motivated and highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming to create a geospatial application, all artwork will be provided.
Candidate must be self-starting, able to work well within a team environment and be motivated to deliver innovative capabilities.
Responsibilities
Developing front end website architecture in Flutter/Dart
Designing user interactions as defined in by design department from AdobeXD
Creating servers and databases for functionality ZoHo/Firebase
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
Designing and developing APIs
Continuously identify obstacles, understand changing priorities and carry out new goals
Have a deep understanding of software engineering and established best practices
Research new tools and technologies to help innovate your projects and team
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science (or related) and or with a proven track record of in software engineering
Strong leadership, organization and project management skills
Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Anfular JS, React and Amber
Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
Excellent communication skills with experience developing and executing complex ideas
Must have attention to detail and desire to contribute sound recommendations to influence product decisions
