Create webpages from data + title search

Some data must be divided into some webpages:
- main page
- 19 sub-pages
- sub-sub-pages 430 (in total)
Each page contains only information from the data-list:
- A title (an area)
- Highlighting a year (of the 7 years available)
- A summary of the list on this page (4 number with a standard piece of text)
- A list with 100 rows (and 5 columns)
So you must generate these pages (around 3100 in total, with url in the form [login to view URL]) with the header and footer as the rest of the website.
In addition, you must create a search-field so the user can search the area. The search-field must have an autocomplete/suggestions dropdown.
The functionality will be almost identical to another website, so you will see very clearly what needs to be created.
