Create basic web system to upload document and send through email with an email template.

I need to create a web system, that allow attach a document to a customer (customer base comes from a google spreadsheet) and attach this document to him. After attached, it should send an email to him (we use gmail API or smtp) with attached document and an html template.
I attach a webview example of the system. It should be paginated per 100 rows ordered by creation date of customer (newest first) and a search field that allow user to search with jquery or javascript without reload page so user can continue uploading files in bulk before press "upload button".
A % loader should appear after click on upload. Then it should a ticket status if email was sent succesfully and show the url of each file uploaded. Maybe we can add a Resend button after upload button if user want to resend the email.
