IE10 Spokesmodel issue

I need a work around for ie10 and flash. I need to produce code that will test the browser for ie10 and convert the player to mp4 to generate a transparent alpha channel so the video plays over the top of webpage.
The problem with html 5 is that it doesn’t allow external calls and all of the videos need to be on the clients website. We now have them on our server and “rent” them the video. We also keep the player on our server instead of on the clients web server and send limited code for the client to add to their site.
Also IE10 doesn't support flash.
The issue is the IOS is so tight in IE10 that security won’t allow my solution. I need a work around.
