Page 1 on Google,Bing,Yahoo

I need experienced SEO for our website to reach #1 position in Goolge,bing, yahoo for my given keywords. Your job is to get it all the way to the top. Also i want my traffic from unique users(currently at 70-100 per day) to rise to over 500 unique users per day(this means that the users must be online for over 5 minutes, bounce rate must be very small). No robots or automated scripts or any other useless methods to generate traffic. I know that with a x amount of users i get an x amount of sales. And i know this because site is almost 3 years old.

My site has several links, has had onsite seo done at least 3 times(this is my 4th seo project i am posting, previous attempts we are flops), offsite seo has been done too with lots of links pointing to the site.

In summary, here is what i want:

To achieve page 1 ranking, link building, social networking etc etc will need to be deployed by you. I dont want black hat techniques, whitehat online and google guidelines to be used. Here are some that i want you to follow:

Links building should follow:

- No use of automated software or bots.

- No links from under construction pages.

- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.

- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.

- No paid traffic sites.

- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.

* Links that are not approved must be replaced by service provider.

Since you are all competent Seo Gurus, i will not release a single cent for either onsite or offiste seo untill the goals have been reached. Both goals that it. I am willing to escrow money into your name on a monthly or quarterly basis, but i dont care if you hav expenses or any other excuses i have heard. Payment will be released on the objectives and goals only. If you dont like this, dont bid.

And finally, please dont waste my time with giving me copy paste answers to my project. In your pm or reply i want you to tell me the following:

1. Details of how you will achieve these goals,

4. What guarantee are you willing to give me, for example what time frame to achieve page 1 rankings
