Google SEO optimization and Weekly Link Building

Hi, I would like a full SEO optimisation of my site for google, and would like to increase both my page rank and my traffic that is coming to my site, and hence increase my sales. I have split this project into two parts, namely weekly link building, and google seo optimisation. If you can only do one section then please place a bid and clearly mention this. Weekly link building requirements: =================================== - 10 links for Facebook (links have to be shared from 10 different Facebook accounts. Accounts have to be at least few months old and with activity in the past) - 10 links from Twitter (same as Facebook, 10 different accounts, active in past few months) - 10 links from MySpace (same as Facebook, 10 different accounts, active in past few months) - 10 links from at least 5 different forums. No links from profile or from signature. It have to be in posts body, with or without anchor, no metter. No spam, links have to stay there. Forum accounts active in past few months. Forums related to shopping or watches. - 5 links from Yahoo Answers. From 5 different Yahoo accounts. - 10 links from at least 5 different forums. No links from profile or from signature. Topics where you place links have to be related to shopping or watches. Special Note: Please make sure that at least over 50% of you friends in your social networks (facebook, twitter etc) are from europe, USA, and canada. Google SEO Requirements: ========================= It is very important for me to increase the number of visits i am getting from google, especially in the usa, canada, and europe. The previous SEO i hired done an exccelent job in optimising for yahoo and bing, but not for google. So my main concern is to get highly listed in google, and hence increase my traffic. I would like a detailed proposal as to how this will be achieved, having in mind that google is going to release Google Caffeine soon. Please PM for site details, and also include a plan on how you will take my site to the top of google for highly competitive keywords, and how much traffic and unique visitors this will give me.
