Develop a simple iPhone app (~4 screens)

I need to develop a simple iPhone application with ~4 views/screens.

1) Static home screen with 'get started button

2-4) The app will allow kids to create a character (select hair color, hair style, outfit, background, type a phrase) across these three views. You should be able to move back to previous pages. At the end, once all required characteristics are selected, the child should be able to save the image they have created as well as text it to a friend (along with an associated dynamically created link, which will change depending on the selections they made).

It is fairly simple, but will certain require some dynamic logic (e.g. if the character is wearing a dress, she can't add shorts on top of it, but if she only has a top, she must add shorts). It will also require some graphic overlays - just PNGs that need to be designed carefully and placed correctly.

We are working on the specific image design separately, but if a developer can work to create the construct with placeholders and then create a way for us to modify the images (maybe a simple back end where we can change out the images for each section?) that would be helpful.

I have drawn up a wireframe to support this project.

I am open to (and perhaps it will be easiest if...) doing this project on a website using HTML5 (as long as the "save and send" button would still work) and then using one of the popular conversion offerings (e.g. [url removed, login to view]) to create the app version.
