Create simple web-based application that scrapes data from list of URLs

Create a simple web-based application that does the following: Primary function: Execute a web-scraping function that I have already built in javascript (but might need some tweaks to work as a server side function since I created it in a browser console, and I'm not a professional programmer) on a daily basis for a number of URLs (to be defined as a user input, i.e. the list of URLs will continually increase). Store the output of each scrape in a database and do some basic analysis (e.g. compare current price with previous price), which should also be stored in the database. User interface: - Login screen (can also have sign-up request, but sign-up needs to have back end approval, which can be manual if easiest) - On login, show Dashboard, which is merely a list of all the sites currently in the 'tracker', i.e. all the sites that are being scraped daily - Popup modal to "Add new site" to be scraped, which will input that site's URL into the database - For each site currently in the tracker (shown in a list on the Dashboard), have a button that opens shows summary output for that page (e.g. price changes over time, as calculated by the cloud function on a daily basis) I do not care AT ALL about user interface, and I do not really care what kind of 'stack' you want to you, though I would prefer something in PHP or using MEAN (so I can understand/edit the code later). As noted, I am a hobbyist programmer, so I really just want someone to get this set up and I will develop it further over time. I will need your help understanding the best way to deploy it (depending on how you build it).
