Youtube + Other Video Uploads

I need some one to post 20-30 videos daily on youtube + Dailymotion...Video content will be standard and same for most of the videos...The Difference will be in description and title...
This is long term contract...and budget is $70 a month...
That could be increased upto $100+/month based upon performance...from next months onward...
To apply:
1) write the word ( UNDERSTOOD) on the top of your application to make sure you don't bid randomly.
2) You will be ignored if your bid EXCEEDS the budget, so save your time and don't apply.
3) anybody who asks for advanced payment or to complete the job outside the site will be blocked and reported.
It's your responsibility to
1) Create/Edit/Spin videos -- actually it's the same 20 videos all time, as I said, video content is same but title and description & tags will change.
2) create youtube channels-- It's preferred to create new channel for every 20-30 videos...
3) Provide Report in Excel Contains: Account Details + Video Urls on Regular Basis...
