Voices and sounds for kids animated cartoon

I need someone to provide 8 different voices and background sounds and music for an animated kids cartoon. The actual characters will be provided below and the script that needs to be ready will be provided once you are awarded the project so I may answer any questions you may have. I will need the file to be sent in different formats to see which sounds the best. No noises that do not pertain to the cartoon should be heard such as other people, cars, traffics, other.

This will be a 6-12 episode job so you will be for 1 or all 12 episodes as I will need the same voice for all of them.

The script will be based on two siblings boy and girl (who are super hero's) and there super hero dog and cat which always follow them. The villain is always trying to steal letters and numbers away from the world and from books. (You can be creative here). The kids mother and father have no idea their kids are always saving the world every day but are funny and goofy at home but care very much about their kids. The super hero kids, dog and cat all can talk and are solving number and word problems to beat the villain and save the day. The kids should have a secret basement under their room where they have fancy gadgets and their uniforms which is where they go to prepare to save the world. Each episode should have its own plot so that it is entertaining enough for kids to watch but no sarcasm, bad language, extreme violence, or unfit material for kids. Should be rated PG for kids.

Character information:

Each character needs to be unique and should be in this order: 1. super dog with a cape and mask(super hero dog), 2. super hero cat with a cape and mask, 3. super hero boy (around 10 years old, black hair with green eyes) with mask and no cape but with super hero uniform, 4. super hero girl (around 8 years old in appearance,blond hair and blue eyes ), 5. Mother of super hero boy and girl (they are brother and sister) who should be wearing normal work clothes and should have brown hair and blue eyes, 6. Father of super hero boy and girl (with work or casual clothes and black hair with brown eyes), 7. Villain who fights against the super hero kids and dog and cat. (Should wear mask and tight uniform with yellow boots, around 40 year old in appearance, red hair, boy), 8. Best friend of super hero girl, dark skin girl around 8 years old that needs to look smart so you can add elegant glasses and an intellectual look.
