A new ecommerce website using either Prestashop or Opencart

We currently have an online jewellery store built on Joomla and Virtuemart. More functionality is needed and so need a new site built in either Prestashop or Opencart (or another ecommerce CMS tool if there is a legitimate reason). There is no requirement to migrate content.
The site must have the following functionality:
• Mobile device ready – no flash for displaying images. Optimised for mobile devices.
• Gallery for displaying jewellery with ability to contact us about that piece. User should be able to make a selection of metal type and ring size and these will adjust the price.
• Selection of a diamond via diamond search. This is where a lot of the work will be. It should be a graphical search with sliders to select carat, price, clarity etc. See [login to view URL] for example
o The diamond search will search on products in the diamond category. The list of diamond products will need to be imported from two different spreadsheets so need the ability to import xls files into products.
• Different theme page for different categories of products. Ie diamond product page will display different information than that of the ring product page.
• Support for multiple currencies
• Integration and setup with Paypal
• Security setup ready for live release, to prevent hacking. Guidance on this needed as we have had our current site hacked a few times.
- Functionality for gift vouchers
- Functionality to add gift wrapping and tags
- Layout of home page to given specifications
- SEO
- Support provided once the site has gone live to ensure any bugs and issues can be fixed quickly
I want someone/team that can provide a professional looking site so only people who are very confident in using the chosen software should apply. You should have experience in creating many online stores with the chosen software and you will need to provide examples of these.
