Create Javascript Intergration for Netsuite

I need someone who is experience with both javascript and Netsuite.

What I need accomplished is for the Javascript file to do the following:
Create a new task everytime an opportunity is created
The task will be a reminder to follow up with the opportunity in two weeks time only if it is not closed.
Simple but difficult with netsuite.
