Design a Logo for Sports Forum website

I have a Sports forum website which has been going for a number of years. I'd like to redesign the logo to be more flexible (it currently only works with a coloured background behind the white text of the logo) and I'd like a few different sizes to meet a responsive design (and possibly a couple of high resolution different sized logos for future use).
