data entry project

I have a need for some data entry.

I will give the person I select information to go to a website where they will run a query.

The results will be a list of say seven hundred or so entries (could be a bit more).

Each entry has to be gone into seperately and information from that entry put nicely into an excel file.

For example the list of seven hundred will be company names. You will select a company

if it's a company that doesn't meet a certain criteria you don't have to use it. i'll give criteria after.

If it does then you'll have to put into excel, and there will be 5 to 7 fields to fill out

In your responses to me please let me know if you've done this before and if you're capable to manage it in excel so that I can filter by company name and that it will look good and be very usable.
