Copy Writing / Editing / Proofreading of Marketing Material

I have a requirement for my website to be proofread, polished and SEO optimized. The information is already available, but it needs to be be polished with catchy words and the grammatical errors need to be corrected.
Also, all marketing material that we either print or put on the website will need to be revised in the same way.
So we are looking for a longterm relationship. During which we will send all of our material for print or web to you so that you can finalize the wording.
The content has mostly to do with the Cosmetic Industry, and needs to be professionaly and have a good flow.
In summary:
1) Bidder should be able to write quality wording with some targeted keywords such as vitamin d within the scope of common sense. (do not repeat yourself)
2) Readable English with NO Grammatical & Spelling and logical mistakes and punctuation errors. (Try to avoid errors as this may result in termination of the agreement)
3) Deadline for each project: In 24-36 hours max (in general, the sooner the better)
4) I will be available for instant communication if you need
5) Proof Reading before submitting the doc is a must
6) Work is available now, so you must be able to start ASAP.
7) Please BID only if you are eligible with all the requirements listed above.
8) Please also provide Samples/Links of YOUR previous/past work.
9) Payment only on successful acceptance of the document.
10) Native English speakers are welcome.
11) I will send the sample to the qualified bidders and, based on the sample results, will select the freelancer for this project and possible further cooperation
