I am looking for a design partner to help me create my new hotel concept. The hotel should have a modern and minimalist feel to it with tropical influences with a focus on young adult travelers, creative travelers, and travelers interested in food and wine. My vision is for a small hotel of less than 20 rooms, but with no compromise on quality. I'm looking for someone to bring my dream to life. I want to create a unique destination for travelers coming to the Georgia area while making them feel like they are at an Island resort. Design should consider using prefabricated materials or kits and amenities should include a pool, spa, restaurant and bar, a movie theater, a store, a space for micro weddings or private events, along with curated grounds with a garden.
