I need an adobe air application that will use the recently announced Paypal API to draw charts of the state of the Paypal account (payments receives and sent). There is an adobe air app called Putler which draws the chart but only has income charted. Here is more info how to enable the API The application will ask the user for api information and show a chart. The chart can show payments received, payments sent or both (dropdown menu). The user can specify the date range. It will have a panel similar to Putler for main information in the given range. Below the chart a list of all transaction shown on the chart.
