The report/result will like this table with 2 columns: sentence | terms-founded | string of terms | check-selection | button "do-it" Then I will select the terms by checking and then I will press the button "do-it" and the selected terms founded between (...) will be savet into MysQl Table. So for Document-URL: this is simple example of line from this report -sentence: "With the deployment of
