I'm setting up a virtual private cloud on digital ocean, and I want to establish a working site-to-site VPN from my office to the VPC. I am using Strongswan on the digital ocean side, and a ZyXEL router on my side. The problem is that when they aren't working, they don't remember to disable the proxy in their browser and so all of that traffic is being sent to the server using up too much bandwidth.
