We have an immediate problem in that the bounce server is stuck on cron-running on the Mailwizz email management program. The "quick fix" using emergency actions on the master panel does not solve the issue, and more advanced solutions involve SSH and other skills which I lack. As well, there is a recent posting of an update of the program, and because the files are so large, we cannot do this except at the SSH level. You should understand Mailwizz and the basic issues of access/management to solve this assignment, which is urgent as we cannot safely send out emails until the bounce server is operating properly (and we do not wish risks of spam complaints).

Im sure you understand what i need doing here, it is quite a standard feature with most industry Autorepsonders but for some reason Mailwizz only allows you to delete unopeners and you cannot include the filter of "date added". Without this, if someone was added only 2 days ago, but has not opened an email they would be included in being removed, when in actual fact they are still a fresh lead. Microsoft SQL server will generate a list / jobs. These details need to populate pre-formatted emails. These emails are then sent using AWS SES. I believe Mailwizz would be a good solution and need someone with expertise to set this up. We are using Linux for the web server and windows for SQL. My client bought this: - a very good and solid email sender software. We need to install it on a hosted domain configure it so it works. We also need to connect it to an online SMTP server provider and test sending emails through. I have regained access to my email server account following a temporary throttling by my ISP. However, on restarting, I notice the bounce server is not working properly. I have checked for obvious problems without success and do not wish to send any emails until the problem is isolated and corrected.
Our ISP throttled our account because of spam associated with the domain. Fortunately, we were able to regain access but I am concerned that the bounce server is not working properly and this failure could have explained the issue that led to the spam abuse complaints -- I have checked obvious solutions but haven't got the answer.
