There are 2 floors that need to be included. The attached images are just samples, once awarded I will give as much detial as needed with images to give better context. A tool such as HomeStyler or simlar modeling tools works fine, the output needs to be a 3D mockup and a video type walkthru of the 1st and 2nd floor. Hi there After someone who can create a 3D rendered walk through where the user can control how far they walk, similar to how homestyler does 3D walkthroughs, except this is for more custom pieces which is why I haven't used homestyler (and I don't want to use scenes in sketchup). The model has been built in sketchup so just needing someone to do the final rendering, make it looks realistic with lighting, shadows, create the walk through etc. Needs to be able to open without the user owning software, so whether that is by website link etc. Time frame for delivery would be within 1-2 days. I would provide the room rendering from homestyler, with built-ins etc. I would provide the images of the furniture and accessories that need to be placed in the empty room (2) to you and have you add them into the built room in photoshop. I believe this should take about 1 hour if you are proficient at Photoshop.

...Warm greetings! Our client's project requirement is simple and straight. Please check the Autodesk's Homestyler. It has a 2D | 3D button on the menu. We need to provide a similar web-based 2 panel interface and look-n-feel by customising SweetHome3D a java opensource. In 2D mode the objects, windows and doors are movable and rotatable. In 3D mode nothing is movable and rotatable. If you notice its the same case in SweetHome3D also:) Only thing is that 2D and 3D are displayed in two separate panels in SweetHome3D. Instead it would be better to switch between 2D and 3D just like in Homestyler. That will help utilise full window space and give better usability. Also suggest how to auto install java
