Hi dwmcqueen, Just been reading your profile on www.freelancer.co.uk We run a few hundred MT4 terminals on over 100 different brokers. We are currently working on an MT4 API. We are always looking for C programmers and good people to work with. Are you still programming this sort of thing? .. if so you have much free time at the moment? Be good to chat maybe. thanks Orkhan orkhanATnajafovDOTcoDOTuk
We have an open source platform that the source is available here - The SourceCode folder has the code for a Visual Studio 2012 project There is a C++ dll in that project called MT4IntergrationDLL that is used in an expert advisor with MetaTrader to connect the OpenForexPlatform to MetaTrader. While everything compiles cleanly, on Windows 7 I get an the error message "MT4 Initialization failed. Requrired assemblies not found in GAC." (which appears to be as a result of the call to the .Net assemblies failing). It might be important to note that there is a warning on the compile about LoadLibraryShim being deprecated I need to get this to work. Looking for someone that knows C++ and .Net integration and is well versed enough in MetaTrader
We have a project at (look under SourceCode) that is based on an older project. After syncing up most of the code, we are still having an issue compiling the MT4IntegrationDLL (under the "Integration" subdirectory). Looking for someone to fix the compilation errors (fixing the errors so they are resolved not ignored). Once complete, we should be able to follow the directions in the MetaTrader file to get this software to connect to the MetaTrader platform
