Hello, My name is Adam Deruscov and I'm working as a professional cameraman. I'm trying to restore my 90 year old camera Graflex 4x5 speed graphic camera with Kodak Ektar F.4.7/127mm cut film view camera and I have an old selenium light meter. (no battery needed.) My question is, how do I check to see if the light meter reading is correct? I have tried comparing it to the values show on my digital camera set to the same ISO. Also checking it against the exposure settings of my old 35 mm SLR and another non-battery meter on my old twin lens camera. Sometimes the readings agree and some times they do not. After a lot of tail chasing, I decided that each of these cameras probably had a different field of view, hence the inconstant agreements. I do not want t...

Im trying to make an arduino drive a moving coil meter using a PWM signal. The input is from the positive connection of a vehicle ignition coil. The meter is required to read out RPM. I have managed to build aprogram that works with a few minor problems. at present it tries to compute the PWM output continuosly which causes the moving coil instrument to be very iratic. I need help to "average" the input readings to hopefully smooth out the meter movement.
