We need someone to put together a fresh asterisk install on one or our hosted Linux server and configure it to allow DISA, TA's and IP Phones etc... Not high volumes, just for proof of concept. The implementation must be configured to automatically record all incoming and outgoing calls, and log them into a custom table on the system. We also would like to have a web interface to review and play files.

Hi There, We run a Trixbox CE2.6 phone server and require an guru to log in and configure a couple of small changes for us. Basically, everything is working fine, and we have never had a problem with the system during the past 2 years. However we never got around to setting up the "call parking" option. We want to be able to put callers "on hold" on one phone, and then be able to pick up the caller on another phone in another room. We have 2 offices with shorewall firewall as internet gateways running on centos5. There is a trixbox PBX at each site. The trixbox servers are configured to route intra-office calls over the internet to each other. We have implemented and tuned traffic shaping and QoS using shorewall tcclasses, tcdevices and tcrules running on centos5. We give intra-office VOIP the highest priority. Call quality is mostly good, but occasionally the calls break up. We can directly attribute the poor quality to the sending/receiving of large emails or other such internet traffic in spite of our attempts to make this type of traffic lower priority. So I was trying to "harden" my trixbox system from a tutorial by changing passwords/users in and changed passwords in the mysql database. When I tried to fix it after that mistake it all loads the main stuff but when I click on PBX settings it constantly asks for authentication now to no avail. I would like someone to repair this for me and also while they are inside, if they could secure the box as well from penetration and securing trixbox.

It would then call the patrons the day before their appointment to make them aware of the appointment. I would also like it to do it with confirmations. I need to do a demo for a potential client that requires integration of Trixbox or another PBX system with a CRM. They are currently using Salesforce but are open to a different CRM if it proves better. I need Trixbox 2.8 and 2.6 versions to be installed on an Opoen VZ server. You can attempt to install from scratch or you can just copy a ready made openvz template for Trixbox and untar and get it to work. After this installation, the Trixbox server should work normally, asterisk should start, web GUI and freepbx should be accessible and there should be no asterisk or GUI errors.

Tow of the issues are mostly interrelated: 1- backup and restore module. When using backup module from TB, you cannot locate the backup file after a successful backup and you cannot restore from other backup files copied over to the backup folder. TB simply does not see the backup files copied. 2- Module admin / check for modules online, when clicked, throw this error: Warning: Cannot connect to online repository (). We have 6 Polycom Soundpoint 321 phones. 1 ZAP device (analog cordless device plugged up). Something is wrong with the TFTP on it. Have had different people work on it. So not sure there. Also would like to have intercom or paging on phones enabled. So receptionist can page all phones if someone has a customer up front. Also would like Trixbox secured down. I currently have a trixbox system that I've been using Cisco 7960 phones with under SIP with trixbox. However, I upgraded to a 7965 series phone and am wanting to use chan_sccp in order to utilize the SCCP features of the phone. chan_sccp is already installed. You will be required to setup this phone to properly work with trixbox under chan_sccp using the SCCP firmware. Hi Freelancers! I'm taking on a project that involves installing an Asterisk based PBX (TrixBox or similar with GUI) for an old building that currently has 60 regular ATT pots phones. I'm NOT an Asterisk/Linux professional, so would need someone to help me with all of the Asterisk configuration remotely, as well as the selection of SIP provider/server/FXS converter equipment. There's currently a 50Mbps Comcast connection in that building. You would log-in remotely to the PBX, and I would be on-site tracing/connecting the lines. I purchased a Cisco 7970 IP phone, having trouble setting up a TFTP server correctly and connecting to our Trixbox server.
I have a previous project where we setup an API to interact with Trixbox/Asterisk to make calls via a script. I am now moving this installation from my test box to a to-be production server. Both servers are CentOS 5. I tarred up my entire install (minus the proc and sys) directories and file transferred to the new server. I untarred it all, rebooted, and everything is there but there's a few problems. The new box has a fresh install of Cent OS 5 and the tar file at the root. It needs to be untarred, rebooted, and then get Asterisk working correctly. A few issues I noticed were that the Asterisk service would not autostart after reboot (would start manually) and also some TTY errors. Also found the SIP registration not working (possibly due to the other errors).
