It is a CodeBlocks () project and compiles using the MinGW compiler from It needs code added to automatically determine and set the proxy settings, if there is a proxy setting on the PC. Info on how to do this can be found here - Resulting project must compile with MinGW and CodeBlocks. Coder is responsible for testing but need not provide mechanism for testing as a deliverable. I've been told in various online forums that it's easy to do with MS Visual C++; but I do not have this software and am not willing to switch over to it.
