As a pro-active management expert with six years of professional experience, I am now in search of a new challenge that allows me to realize my full potential. I completed my apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant within two years due to a good performance at ZELTWANGER Maschinenbau GmbH, an engineering company in Germany. After completion, I worked there in the Department of Logistics and Control. The great variety in my area of responsibility and the proximity to the customer was a constant motivation for me. It was very satisfying to be able to provide to the customer a reliable contact who can also make the impossible possible. Coordinating and supervising production processes in combination with logistics were often a challenge and required an analytical mindset as well as a rapid registration of entire processes. Due to my organizational skills, I had tasks in the travel and secretarial area until April 2019, which contribute to the overall work process. I moved with friends to Panama in 2015, where we set up two companies that today operate internationally in the field of renewable energies. I have experienced deeply what it means to work in a good team where you can count on the other. Here, especially abroad, it is also necessary to act attentively and to familiarize yourself quickly with new areas of responsibility. In our companies, here in Panamá, I have strongly learned to understand my vis-à-vis. In this situations I realized that I am a very independent and balanced personality and able to work well in a new environment. As I was looking for new challenges, I am working in the sales department of biz4d today, a German company that offers mentoring programs. My office is located at my place of residence here in Panama. Therefore I know that one can only be successful with a target-oriented self-management. As far as my personal attributes are concerned, my flexibility and quick perception allow for an easy adaption to new tasks and work environments. Always looking for ways to improve and gain a competitive edge, I am passionate about developing my career as a Virtual Assistant.
