Description: The job on our hand was to build Energy Safe Victoria’s Licensing and Certification System for Electricians from scratch. My main job was to work with all stakeholders (system analyst, project manager, onshore/offshore development team) of the system and make sure whatever work is assigned goes smoothly and completed within timeframe. During the course, I was entrusted with range of duties starting from business analysis to development and testing. I also provided support for four major applications used by Energy Safe Victoria’s business users. Duties: Business analysis, data modelling, research, development (GUI build, server side development, database development), testing, application support Tools & Technologies used: Pega Systems, Java/J2EE, SQL Server 2005/2008, IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.0 Achievements: Successfully grasped & learnt new software package – Pega Systems in a very short period of time preceded by one week of basic training and contributed immensely in every phase of the development during the life cycle of the project. And I also provided support for four major applications operated within Energy Safe Victoria.
