The Ugar Sugar Works Ltd is the flagship organization of the Shirgaokar Group of Companies, whose annual revenues are exceeding INR 600 crores. The company has been involved in the manufacture of white crystal sugar for over 65 years. Currently, at our Ugar and Jewargi plants, we are crushing a total of 15,000 tcd of sugarcane daily. After our expansion plans are realized, the Ugar Sugar Works will have a total crushing capacity of 17,000 tcd in the season 2011-12.
