Publishing Platform
We fully developed a new social media website with functionality similar to Pinterest. The site allows for third party user account creation, posting, "like" and "friend" features, as well as dynamic CMS with both user and admin backends. The database we developed provides the admin with important data analytics and recommends relevant post content to our users based on inputs such as their viewing history. We worked directly with the designer to skin the website and polish it to be launch-ready. The site was fully developed from the ground up using the Yii Platform and AngularJS, Apache Solr.
