## BIO I’m an ambitious Administrative Assistant looking for new challenges, experience and new role where I can still apply my communication and customer service skills and take full  ownership of the operations. I work in the Hospitality Industry and i have over 10 years experience. I first worked in the hotels' Call Center then moved to the role of Personal Assistant to the Hotel Manager. I'm now with the General Manager and my routine duties include responding to emails, answering calls and liaising with clients, managing appointments, planning and organizing meetings,events and making travel arrangements.
