Upgrade Zoho Creator application

We are a Car Insurance Claim Handling company based in Sydney, Australia.
Our workflow is all about collecting details of a car accident, sending demands for payment to insurance companies and chasing up insurance companies for payment of debts.
We are about 7 years in operation.
Our current infrastructure is built on Zoho Creator C4, the old version of Zoho Creator.
We build our application ourselves. It contains approximately 30 forms and 50,000 records.
We are looking to hire a freelancer to help us redevelop our Zoho Creator application.
The scope of the project would include:
Phase 1: Consultation to come up with a project plan
Phase 2: Implementation and testing of upgraded app.
Phase 3: Ongoing maintenance and support
We are looking for a long-term commercial arrangement with a knowledge and create Zoho Creator programmer.
Major requirements are:
• Essential knowledge and experience with workflows and automation.
• Essential knowledge and experience in integrating Zoho Creator with other software for automated PDF document creation and other tasks.
• Available for skype communication during Sydney, Australia business hours
• Strong command of English
