To build a flexible workflow for compliance application, we need to integrate with Camunda.
Following is one of the use case:
Safety Department (SD) receives an inspection report from an external regulatory agency that discloses multiple deficiencies spanning multiple Divisions. The agency requires a response within 30 days, but SD needs a 5 -day review period.
How can this report be recorded in the system with alerts & due dates sent to appropriate Division staff for action?
If the deficiencies are immediately corrected and email responses indicate that, no additional action is required.
But if deficiencies are not corrected within the assigned period, then a follow-up process needs to be initiated, with deadlines and reminder emails, until full correction is achieved.
It may be necessary for the assignee to task another party (internal or external) to accomplish the task. How can the system enable this process, preferably without needing SD engagement?
