Urgent Wordpress Layout Modification

I'm in need of an experienced Wordpress developer skilled in DIVI theme, who can urgently make layout modifications to my existing website. Unfortunately, I have not specified the areas to be modified, so a comprehensive review will be needed to decide on the best approach. The ideal freelancer for this task should:
- Have substantial experience handling Wordpress and particularly DIVI theme
- Be able to work swiftly, as I need the project completed ASAP
- Display a keen eye for detail and consistency
- Have great communication skills to understand my needs and give updates
The 2 tasks required are:
1) Change the navigation colour scheme to the example shown
2) Make sure each page (around 10) has no white space or gaps at the top
This should take no more than 30 minutes for an experienced designer. who understands DIVI
