The budget is $10. I need to install editable translation for frontend and frontend dashboard. I think I need POEdit for frontend dashboard. All the strings are properly wrapped in wp translation function.

Then I will need translation for frontend too and will need Transposh for that but if Transposh also work for frontend dashboard then Transposh is enough.

I will be adding the translation myself.
