Need Bangladeshi Wordpress Coder

I need a Bangladeshi web designer who can host this simple wordpress magazine theme into the domain. I need to communicate with the coder physically in his or my office. The service he will provide me is written below:
* He will buy a domain for me . It will cost $12 from [url removed, login to view]
* He will buy hosting space if its necessary, for now I don't need hosting space more than 1 GB.
* He will install this magazine theme into the domain :

* I need to put 4-5 advertisements on the right side of the website. If he can code the site in a way that I can easily change advertisements that will be a plus point. Otherwise he will put advertisements later and he will be paid extra money for this advertisement putting job.
*The site will be very popular within 6 months , then he will often get some small jobs about this site and will be paid for those little works.
Please tell me how much you will charge for this job including future little modifications.
It will be a professional website, you will have to sign agreement papers.
