Import a large tab file into my sql website

I have a 6.5 gig file that is on my computer. I cannot transfer it to you so you will need teamviewer. I need the files in this prgram impoted to all my listings in my wordpress database at [url removed, login to view] And i need a way to view the file apperantly excel cannot read more than 1 million lines. and this is 23 million. All work must be done via Teamviwer.
