Need developer, that knows WordPress and Learndash, knows Javascript and how to use LearnDash Rest API and/or Learndash Hooks. . Going to use Learndash to control access to application resources utilizing Groups, Group Leaders and Group Users unless more effective alternative is known. Also most be able to use wordpress Plugin WPDATAtables and customize it's look and feel as well as LearnDash look and feel as we will not be using it as a LMS per say.
This certified Payroll, is not the creation of a payroll system, it is filling out a WH347 US gov Form with existing payroll data which is required for US construction jobs that are funded by Gov't money. It is a fillable PDF which we will use [login to view URL] to populate from uploaded or manually entered data.
Once the form is populated we store the form data and access the records for a specific project through WPDATAtables plugin or the native WordPress Database, endusers can go back and edit their records which are grouped by week ending.
The applications will have two types of subscribers. Single subscribers - the customer can create records for projects they are working on and no one else can be invited in. They have to be able to create projects, then payroll records by week and then CRUD.
Agency subscribers, same as the Single subscribers but in addition they can invite other users in, that don't have to pay for a subscription because the agency subscription will cover them, then they can do the same functions that a single can do. The Agency, however can view all invitees records but only the creator of those records can change them.
so, the app would have a summary record per week that would hold the link to the actual document and that summary record document would be based on the detail records for that week,
SO
Projects = Learndash Courses and the record key
Owners/Entity = Learndash Groups key
View access = Group Leader in Group belonging to another entity key
edit access = group leader in group belonging to to you key
User access = everyone you invite that subscribes and has access to your (project - course) key
I was thinking of using WPDatatables to allow viewing of records through filters and the actual PDF that represents the weekly payroll, WH347 will be a link in those records.
ALso, in addition if an enduser has another method to create their WH347, we then allow them to just upload the document and we would just stamp the document record with the same keys as if if they created it the app, however, there would be no detail records just a link to the document.
** If this can be done more efficient then using other methodology I'm all ears
