Need a software made similar to Limewire, Kazaa, Napster...etc.

This is budget sensitive. Needs the following features:

1) Ability to search for music, video, images

2) Ability to share a folder and all its files from the user's PC locally

3) Share files between members

4) Registration will be connected with an existing PHP/SQL website

5) Download music, video, images in a download list

All of these features are the same as the major sharing softwares. Nothing is hosted online, its all Peer 2 peer.

Can use open source and modify, or can create custom.

Need to be able to download multiple files at once and shared multiple files at once, or allow the user to disable sharing of certain files.
