So you need to close all other ports and open only FTP and MySQL ports on that server ? Can be done quite easily.

Just needed to close all port except for mysql & ftp. And then make sure that the mysql & ftp bind to all network card, not just one. BTW, are you sure that you want to use windows 2003 server only for ftp & mysql. More
