Configure and test Workplace Join on our ADFS farm

We have an ADFS server farm running in Azure consisting of 2 ADFS servers and 2 ADFS proxy servers.
I wish to enable Workplace Join so that Windows 7/8/10 devices can be connected by Workplace Join and managed by our Intune MDM software.
To accomplish this:
1. ADFS Device Registration Service needs to be set up as per [url removed, login to view]
2. Azure AD Automatic Device Registration needs to be set up as per

There may be various issues with certificates that will need to be resolved. I have some technical expertise but will rely on guidance for what to ask for with regards to certificates.
The project will be deemed complete when I am able to Workplace Join a Windows 7/8/10 device successfully both inside out outside of our corporate network, and I am able to subject it to compliance policies from Intune.
Additionally, I must be able to see that all our domain-joined computers are showing as in Azure AD as per point 2 above.
