I need a paypal developer that can help us troubleshoot an issue we are having with an existing plugin on our web site. I had it set up with adaptive payment plugin in sandbox, now when I'm ready to go live PayPal not excepting new accounts. I have read you can do the same with PayPall express. I just need someone how can set this up. or recurring payment, only problems is it not a fixed sum each month
