Install Magento theme and rental module

I need someone to help me set up a brand new online store. It is a store to rent music equipment. It will be built on Magento. There is already an existing module designed to handle rentals so I just need that installed and a pre purchased theme applied.
I would also like the developer to handle all the initial setup for credit card processing and product entry. There are only 5 products that will be available but there are a couple of packages of different combinations of products.
The rental will be ongoing monthly rental and the customer will need to pay delivery and a deposit initially. I also need the developer to advise if the module available for Magento will handle all these requirements properly.
