Ecommerce with wordpress + woocommerce [Please read careful]

Hi All,
I'm looking for at least 2/3 people that will help me in a new project.
Programmer/designer:
I need to update an existing website done with Wordpress, this means:
- change theme and design [this include design new home page]
- create new pages like: contact page
- install and configure some new plugins
- deal with an existing woocommerce installation (if needed)
SEO:
I need someone (if programmer / designer can take care of this as well is ok for me) that will help me to bring traffic to the website, dealing with the best practices the seo tools to achieve this.
Co-worker for day to day task in woocommerce:
If the project goes as I expect, then I'll need someone that take care of this (for long term relationship):
- updating products
- changing products
- uploading new products / pictures
- and some other tasks "behind the scenes"
Co-worker for Translation:
Spanish is required - the web page will be translated from english to spanish.
And for theme and plugins maybe some help with translation is needed.
I would like to work side to side with some-one in real time. (Before send this to wpml translaters)
