About Meet by Medha
Meet ([login to view URL]) is a digital platform incubated at Medha, a non-profit based in Lucknow that supports the education to employment journey of young people in tier 2,3 cities. Meet is designed to make the job market more inclusive and transparent by giving employees of micro, small, and medium-sized employers in India a platform to express their voice on employment experience.
Since its launch in May 2019, Meet has reached 30,000 jobseekers and 2000 employers in job markets across north India. We are now looking to take the Meet platform to the next level with a well-rounded product team of UI designers and developers.
We are looking for someone to design the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our mobile and web applications. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are aesthetically pleasing and optimized for usability.
